Doppler has spent hundreds of brain cycles fighting for the best health insurance on the market. We cover 100% of employee premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance and 75% for dependents. We also have opt-in life insurance and other policies. These plans are managed in Rippling.

⛱ Unlimited Paid Time Off

Go on a vacation! Take a sick day. Doppler strongly believes you will operate at your best when you feel energized and healthy - that's why we recommend taking a minimum of 3 weeks off a year. We actively want you to take time off when needed. All we ask is that you follow our ‣ policy.

📖 Learning & Development

We love supporting your career growth. If there is a networking event, workshop, conference, course, or book (or audiobook) that can help with that, we’d love to make that happen. Each employee will be able to use up to $2,000 towards continuous learning. Just get it approved by your manager, and you’re good to go!

🖥 Workspace and Home Office Setup

Everyone’s ideal workspace looks a bit different. We want you to feel empowered to do your best work! We’ll reimburse you up to $450 for home office equipment within your first year. If you work better in a co-working space, we've got you covered. You can reimburse up to $200/month for a co-working space.

We focus on high-impact projects and operate with autonomy. Because we index on outcomes over activities, we trust each other to get our work done and deeply respect each other's lives outside of work. As a result, people are highly flexible with meeting dates and times to make sure they work for everyone.

Family is precious! Everyone's journey is a little bit different. Doppler supports various paths to parenthood and offers a lifetime amount (while you are employed here, of course) of $12k for fertility treatments or adoption fees. You can use up to $6k per year.
